  • Exit Kahului Airport on KEOLANI PL. Stay in middle lane and continue onto DAIRY RD/HWY 380.
  • Turn LEFT at traffic signal onto SOUTH PUUNENE AVE/HWY 350. SOUTH PUUNENE AVE/HWY350 veers right and becomes MOKULELE HWY/HWY 311.
  • Continue on MOKULELE HWY/HWY 311 for 6.4 miles/10.3 km Turn LEFT onto PIILANI HWY/HWY 31 and continue on highway.
  • Turn RIGHT onto OKOLANI DR.
  • Turn RIGHT at first stop sign onto WAILEA ALANUI Outrigger Palms at Wailea is on the LEFT.

  • Exiting the resort turn RIGHT onto WAILEA ALANUI. Turn LEFT onto OKOLANI DR.
  • Turn LEFT onto PIILANI HWY/HWY 31 and continue for 6.5 miles/10.5 km.
  • Turn RIGHT onto MOKULELE HWY/HWY 311, which becomes SOUTH PUUNENE AVE/HWY 350.
  • Turn RIGHT onto DAIRY RD/HWY 380. Turn RIGHT onto KEOLANI PL and follow road into Kahului Airport.

Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for four persons for these room categories:

2 Bedroom Garden Villa Deluxe
2 Bedroom Ocean View Villa
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Additional Persons:
No additional person charge.
Additional charges apply for rollaway bed or crib at 15 USD per night, or 70 USD per week. Limit of one rollaway bed or crib in any unit.

Maximum room capacities are as follows:

Minimum Night Stay:
Two-night minimum stay required year round.
Three-night minimum stay required December 22 - January 4.

Taxes:
Room rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 9.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A credit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax. Change and cancel policies for specials and promotional offers may vary. Please refer to the specific offer for details.

Holiday Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Applies to dates of stay December 22 - January 4. A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of 2 nights room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A reservation must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival for full refund of deposit.
